Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or "no-shows" at the service location will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service value.

Strict professional boundaries must be maintained at all times. Any form of physical contact between the client and the cleaning professional is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and a permanent ban from future bookings.
While Gentlemen's Cleaning is committed to fulfilling special requests regarding cleaning focus or specific staff preferences from our diverse roster, all requests must remain within the scope of our legal and ethical operating procedures.
Gentlemen's Cleaning shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service session in question.
